Every project is unique with its own particular conditions that must be addressed. We can usually give a "ballpark" cost range based on similar projects, however, the only way to really know what the cost will be is to have plans drawn up with all the specifications, ready for permitting.
How long will it take?
The time it takes for a project to come to completion varies depending on scope. Because the time factor is so closely tied to the cost, the best way to understand how long a project will take is in laying out the specifications and determine the order of operations according to the approved plans.
